Founded by Alex Francis & Barney O'Kane, De Vie is built around a simple conviction to champion independent producers, distillers, wine makers and brewers through every cocktail & plate. Every drink and dish is shaped by the seasons, sourced from independent French growers and distillers, and designed to change.
