Overview
Et Al. is a collective of chefs working collaboratively to build a more equitable future for the food and beverage industry in Tulsa by providing genuine and delicious food for all people. Et Al. is more than a conglomerate of pop-up concepts, a single restaurant, or even just a singular entity in the food business — it is a group of people working together to create a happy, healthy, fulfilling future, as well as providing a model for a more just future for service industry workers. The Et Al. team currently runs six food concepts: Bischix, Butter Bar, Dumpling Night, et al. Dinner Series, Japanese Breakfast, and Taqueria et al.. All food concepts operate out of Foolish Things Coffee Company in Downtown Tulsa, OK.
