‘Ineo’ in Latin means ‘to initiate’, and Chef Heros de Agostinis invites his guests to begin a sensory journey of intriguing flavors, anchored by his Roman roots and inspired by his travels around the world, exotic perfumes, and spices. A careful study between past and present, aesthetics, creativity, and technique, INEO is the culmination of Chef Heros’ vision. After training in some of the most esteemed kitchens in Italy and around the world, he decided, in 2023, to bring his experiences to life, defining a new relationship between food and exploration.
