Open to the night sky, the restaurant presents a lively Japanese Chef’s Table serving creative, fresh seafood and meat dishes. Sushi and sashimi are offered at romantic tables for two set within the pool itself. Dishes are complemented by an extensive selection of Japanese sakes, whiskies, and teas.
