Overview
Shanghai Jean-Georges French Restaurant is the world-famous chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's excellent interpretation of modern French cuisine and is also the chef's first restaurant named after him outside of New York. Jean-Georges boldly uses Asian flavor spices and unexpected taste combinations to elevate classic French dishes to a more lively and modern state. With more than 700 new and old world wines, it has repeatedly won the Excellence Award from the authoritative magazine "Wine Connoisseur" over the years.
