Overview
JŪN explores the story of chefs Evelyn Garcia and Henry Lu's upbringing in diverse households, surrounded by different people, food, and cultures. Garcia (S19 Top Chef), who grew up in Houston, Texas, and Lu (S22 Top Chef), who grew up in the Bronx, NY, wanted to share their life experiences through food at Jūn. Jūn celebrates each chef's differences and funky flavors coming together through the lens of "New Asian American" food.
