Kokoro - meaning “heart” in Japanese is an intimate dining experience designed to bring guests closer to both the food and the people who create it. Born from a collaboration between FYTE Hospitality, founded by Tamer Elkhayat and Faisal Yabroudi, and Chefs Daniel Lee and Patrick Pham, Kokoro reimagines the hand roll bar concept for Dubai. Every dish is prepared fresh to order, with chefs slicing, seasoning, and rolling each hand roll in front of guests, creating a warm, personal, and highly interactive dining experience.
