Overview
Le Doyenné is a restaurant, guesthouse, and farm set within the historical grounds of the Château de Saint-Vrain, in the village of Saint-Vrain, 41 kilometers south of central Paris. The potager is the beating heart of the restaurant, and the ebb and flow of the seasons and micro-seasons shape the menus. Each morning, the team harvests a selection of the choicest vegetables and fruits of the moment, picked at their peak and complemented by some of France’s top products, such as game, poultry, dairy, and seafood – all sourced with the same vigor and uncompromised integrity we pursue in all areas of our work.
