Lofft is an award-winning 12-seat chef’s table restaurant in Pontcanna, Cardiff, located above Thomas, the Brasserie by Tom Simmons. At the heart of Lofft is Executive Chef Tom Peters, whose career has taken him through some of the most respected kitchens in the UK and Europe, including Roux at Parliament Square, three-Michelin-starred Maaemo in Oslo, and Bob Bob Ricard in Soho. He was also a finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals. At Lofft, Tom’s seasonal tasting menu is served around the chef’scounter, creating a dining experience that feels both refined and welcoming.
