Maison Sun
Overview
Maison Sun is an 8-seat tasting-menu restaurant centered on a stainless-steel chef’s counter and a restored Molteni stove. The cuisine is grounded in French technique and shaped by the historical routes of the Silk Road, tracing the movement of spices, ideas, and ingredients between Asia and the Hudson Valley, with strong Vietnamese influences. Each menu is a seasonal study of this exchange, expressed through micro-terroir, precision, and restraint. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Nancy Nguyen, who trained at Eleven Madison Park.
