Overview
Located inside a historic building in downtown Rogers, Onyx HQ showcases each part of the coffee supply chain. From green coffee buying and sample roasting to full-production roasting, training baristas, and serving coffee in the cafe, Onyx HQ allows everyone in various roles to see and appreciate each other's positions and talents within coffee. Amongst Onyx's own coffee concepts, there’s a bakery, a taqueria and mezcal bar, a twenty-seat tasting restaurant, and a high-end cocktail bar, all created by our favorite chefs and makers in the area.
