Overview

Palodú is the restaurant of Cristina Cánovas and Diego Aguilar. With it, they set in motion the concept of “dual cuisine”. A restaurant with two chefs at the helm, on equal terms, without hierarchies, a melody played by four hands perfectly synchronized. Not a dish comes out of the kitchen without both having given their approval. A very high demand that leads them to always offer the best of themselves.
