Atelier represents Ramón Freixa’s most avant-garde and personal side. An intimate, immersive, and carefully orchestrated space, where cuisine transforms into art, gesture, and emotion. Only 10 diners per night, arranged around a U-shaped table in front of an open kitchen, where each preparation is experienced firsthand, without filters or artifice. Here, fine dining is expressed through the technique, sensitivity, and creativity that have always defined the chef’s career. Each dish is designed as a precise composition: poetic, aesthetic, and deeply flavorful. Flavor guides the journey, but so does emotion, which runs through each course like a common thread. Atelier is Ramón Freixa’s creative laboratory. A setting where the chef is present in the kitchen and dining room, leading an experience that moves away from the conventional and seeks to connect with the diner through the essentials: the authenticity of the product, the care in its execution, and the beauty of what is well done.
