The Fat Badger
Overview
Located at the top of Golborne Road, The Fat Badger is a pub and restaurant with a view over the iconic Portobello Road – street that has been part of local life and history for over a century. The first-floor pub turns into a dining room at lunchtime, filled with natural light from large sash windows. In the evening, head up to the second floor, where an open kitchen and bookable counter seats create a more intimate space for dinner. The small size of the restaurant allows the culinary team to cook personally for each table, guided by the seasons and what's best that day. Most vegetables come from the group's own market garden in the Cotswolds, and meat comes mainly from Lake District Farms, which shares The Fat Badger's farming values.
