Created by Chef Seth Stowaway (formerly of Michelin-starred Osito, Bar Agricole, and Mister Jiu’s), Lore channels a shared instinct for intimacy, craft, and slow revelation. Each week, the salon unfolds as a single, deliberate experience: fire meeting finesse, flavor meeting restraint, memory meeting myth. There is no posted address. No public menu. What happens at The Lore becomes part of the legend.
