Overview
Tiella Trattoria & Bar is chef Dara Klein's debut restaurant, housed in a 170-year-old former Victorian pub on London's iconic Columbia Road. Tiella is an homage to Dara's parents' trattoria that she was raised in, Maria Pia's. Drawing on her Pugliese heritage and her upbringing in Emilia-Romagna, Dara's cooking focuses on regional specialties that change with the seasons. Expect hand-rolled pasta, unctuous braises and the best of both Italian and English produce.
