At Troubadour, the flavors of Sonoma’s farms and the elegance of French culinary traditions ride in tandem. By day, Troubadour is a bakery and coffee bar, offering freshly baked, long-fermented sourdough and artisanal sandwiches. By night, Troubadour transforms into an intimate bistro deemed: Le Dîner, serving a meticulously crafted 7-course tasting menu in the main dining room or 11-course Chef’s Table in the private study.
