Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, this intimate 34-seat restaurant delivers bold, creative cuisine — playful yet refined. In the kitchen, Isael is joined by his right-hand man, Antoine Joubert, and together they craft a menu that evolves with the seasons: seasonal ingredients, offal, charcoal grilling — all handled with thoughtful precision and a deep respect for culinary craftsmanship.
