Overview
Founded by Chef Brandon Dearden, Ember is the culmination of a journey from Silicon Valley to the Bitterroot Valley. He left high-pressure city kitchens to create a place where local ingredients and open-flame cooking shine — a destination restaurant rooted in Montana's bounty. Almost every menu item is cooked on the kitchen hearth, fueled by Montana applewood, hickory, and charcoal. Through farm-to-table and snout-to-tail restaurant design, the food is both approachable and unique. For steak lovers, Ember serves the best American wagyu beef from Avalanche Ranch in Helena, Montana. Different cuts of beef are featured every night.
