Esmay is a deeply personal, produce-driven restaurant by Chef Alanna Sapwell-Stone. Set within the former Hackney Hotel — a heritage-listed building dating back to 1883 — the space has been carefully restored. Inside, the intimate 40-seat dining room blends quiet refinement with historical character, reflecting Esmay’s guiding philosophy: warm hospitality, seasonal produce, and food that nourishes in more ways than one.
