Overview
Hattori Nori is a hand-rolled sushi bar built around the counter experience. Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared right in front of diners, using high-quality seafood, well-seasoned sushi rice, and simple, intentional ingredients. Everything is served fresh and meant to be eaten immediately, just as hand rolls should be. The space is intimate and designed for guests who enjoy watching the process, talking with the chefs, and slowing down for a proper hand roll experience.
