Overlooking Aldinga Beach, just 50 minutes from Adelaide and moments from the McLaren Vale wine region, Pearl is a destination restaurant celebrating the Fleurieu coastline through sea, fire and a deep connection to place. Built using reclaimed timbers sourced across Adelaide, including from the historic Her Majesty’s Theatre, Pearl blends raw coastal beauty with warm, considered design. Led by co-owner and head chef Jules Rydon, the menu is inspired by the Mediterranean, showcasing sustainably sourced South Australian seafood and seasonal regional produce cooked over a custom-built charcoal grill. Thoughtfully sourced local wines, genuine hospitality and uninterrupted views across the Fleurieu coastline are at the heart of everything.
