Overview
Sado, which is Japanese for "tea ceremony," reflects chef Nick Bognar's experiences as a sushi chef. Tucked into Sado's courtyard is Pavilion — an intimate six-seat sushi bar where chef Bognar prepares a menu tailored to the seasons, fusing the Japanese omakase structure with his Thai heritage.
