Sho is your lively and inviting local pizza bar that happens to be obsessed with the craft of Neo-Neapolitan pizza-making. Sho is derived from shokunin, a Japanese word that means a master of one’s craft. Chef Sean Brock and his talented team of superstar chefs have been developing their signature dough for several years. Sho’s dough mixes Southern grains and the world’s finest Italian flour cooked with local hickory and oak wood, giving the pizzas a subtle hint of Southern flavor.
