Tonic + Ginger is The Old Synagogue's Southeast Asian restaurant, spanning over two unique levels in the heart of the 1902 Fremantle Synagogue. Exploring flavors from all over this unique part of the world, the menu takes diners on a culinary journey, sampling a range of dishes, including an extensive series of vegan and vegetarian plates. Designed to share, diners are invited to sit under the signature pendant lighting and enjoy a multi-award-winning setting.
