DOPO, meaning 'after' in Italian, is the successor of Calgary's well-known, recently closed restaurant, D.O.P. Located in the heart of Marda Loop, Calgary, the cuisine is inspired by recipes from Tony's mother, Rose, paired with simple ingredients and family hospitality.
