La VidA is an intimate and exclusive restaurant, run by the family of Argentina's first female winemaker and pioneers in the white wine revolution. A modern family within the traditional, and traditional within the modern, La Vida brings a unique approach to local gastronomy. Enjoy a unique gastronomic journey with La VidA's exclusive 7-course fine-dining menu, where each dish is a masterful expression of technique and flavor, the result of combining the elegance of Flavia's signature cuisine with the authenticity of local products. This experience begins with a welcome cocktail at the hotel bar and includes San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna water service, coffee and infusions accompanied by petits fours. In addition to the seven-course experience, La VidA offers an à la carte alternative for those who prefer to explore gastronomy with complete freedom. The menu features a curated selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, all made with local ingredients and a contemporary touch. Drinks are also chosen separately, with a menu designed by Susana Balbo and her family that showcases labels from their portfolio alongside a carefully curated wine list from various regions.
