Osadía de Crear is Susana Balbo's restaurant, the winery of Argentina's first female winemaker. It was opened in April 2013 by Ana Lovaglio, Susana's daughter, to offer a distinct and innovative culinary and wine tourism alternative in the province of Mendoza based on seasonal products and ingredients and the world's most cutting-edge culinary techniques.
