Inspired by the private drinking clubs of London and classic hunting and fishing lodges, Lion's Share, from Chef Robbie Wilson, is a fine dining Nashville restaurant in Sylvan Park—equal parts neighborhood gem and destination. The menu reflects Wilson's signature "balance of comfort and adventure," with a brawny precision from the kitchen, where much of the cuisine is kissed by smoke and cooked over a custom-built, wood-fired hearth. While proteins take center stage over an open fire, vegetables are given equal attention, and pristine raw fish is sourced with the same intent.
